Acquisition of LINAC system from Elekta (Versa HD) reinstates Zydus Hospitals’ focus on patient centric wholistic approach to cancer treatment. The system is designed to offer best available stereo tactic capabilities inclusive of both SRT (Stereotactic Radiotherapy) & SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery). The system’s immense angular agility paves way for accurate dosage of radiation delivered to the affected site with minimal tissue exposure. All this is possible even in small and multiple targets. The system is also capable of Non-invasive 4D imaging and Continuous soft tissue monitoring. A uniquely blended immobilizer ensures zero patient movement whereby ensuring patient’s ergonomic comfort throughout the treatment.
